We include two levels of training with all systems that we install namely; user training and administrator training. Training is done onsite at a time to suite you and if anybody misses the training simply call and book another onsite training session or opt for a remote training session.
Our remote training is exactly the same as our onsite training, the obvious difference is its done over video conference.
We actively promote and encourage the wide use of video conferencing and we acknowledge that most people who install our solutions have people with video conference systems that they want to communicate with.
